Enhancing Family Life Through Design

I specialise in offering design tips and product sourcing to enhance functionality, organisation, and support the developmental needs of children and teenagers. Understanding your daily family life allows us to create spaces that foster contribution, skill development and most importantly creates a harmonious environment for everyone. With degrees in Art History, Architectural Studies, Primary Education, and AMI Montessori Internationale, MITM brings a unique take on interior design. 

Design Process

Our consultations can be as simple as email exchanges for upholstery needs, followed by quotes for design, manufacture, and delivery. For in-person consultations in Brisbane, an initial fee applies, followed by project quotes inspired by your unique needs. We tailor our approach to suit your specific requirements and budget.

One of my favourite aspects of being a classroom teacher in a Montessori Primary School, was preparing the environment before each term. As my three children have grown, so have the spaces in our home. Changing the way our home functions to meet the needs of all the family, is such an interesting challenge. Combining my love of art and architecture with educational design has become my niche passion.
